Acceptance of terms

Clisicon Palace is a sole proprietorship registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra and trading online as Clisicon Palace. Continuing to browse, or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these terms and every policy linked below. If that does not suit, please leave the site.

User accounts

You can check out as a guest or register. If you register, the security of the password — and the activity under it — is yours. Write to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.

Price and payment terms

Prices appear in Indian rupees, inclusive of any tax that applies. We hold no GST registration as turnover is below the threshold, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN exists. Orders are paid by UPI or Cash on Delivery; cards are not accepted.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Receiving a confirmation means we have your order, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance happens at dispatch. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

The Shipping Policy covers timelines, charges and coverage; the Refund and Returns Policy covers returns; the Cancellation Policy covers cancellations. All three form part of these terms.

Site content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and imagery here belong to Clisicon Palace. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and appear only to describe what an item is. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Clisicon Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other liability Indian law will not permit to be excluded, are unaffected.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms fall under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
