Cancellations
Free to cancel until it is packed
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Free cancellation window
While the order sits at processing — the 1 to 2 business days before pickup — email [email protected] with the number. We charge nothing to cancel. A prepaid amount goes back to its source within 5 to 7 business days, in line with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
After dispatch
Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot pull it back. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and start a return under the Refund and Returns Policy. A refused Cash on Delivery order carries no cost to you.
Cancellation by the store
We cancel occasionally too: stock found damaged at packing, an error in a listed price, or an order we cannot verify. You will be told the reason and refunded in full, including delivery.
Partial cancellation
One line missing does not have to hold up the whole order. We can cancel that item and ship the others, whichever you would rather.
Refunds on cancellation are processed within 5 to 7 business days and no cancellation charge is ever applied.
