Who we are

Clisicon Palace is a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, operating online as Clisicon Palace (clisiconpalace.shop). There is no showroom to visit: we are online-only, and orders are packed and sent from our workspace in Mumbai.

The short history

Once a room has enough light, every lamp after that is bought for how it looks switched off. A stained glass shade earns its place on a side table at noon and changes the room completely after dark, and that double duty is the whole argument for a decorative range rather than another ceiling fitting.

What we do not claim

The claims we deliberately do not make:

• Not an authorised distributor or service centre for any manufacturer
• Not GST registered — our turnover is below the registration threshold
• Not a physical shop; we have no showroom to visit

How we describe things

Listings describe what is actually in stock. Counts, sizes and materials come from the supplier specification, and a missing fact is left out rather than guessed at. Applicable tax is in the price, delivery is shown before you pay, and returns are open for 10 days after delivery.
