How orders are packed

Stained glass and mosaic shades are wrapped, seated in fill, and then suspended inside a second carton with a gap on every face, which is the only packing that reliably survives a courier network. Table lamp bases ship braced separately from their shades. String lights travel coiled on their own card so the run cannot tangle or kink in transit.

The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST: before it, your order joins tonight’s pickup; after it, the next working morning. There is no dispatch on Sundays or public holidays; we pack Monday to Saturday.

Serviceable areas

From Mumbai, Maharashtra we reach serviceable PIN codes across the country. A handful of remote PIN codes are unserviceable, and that is shown at checkout before any money moves.

Everything is sold online; we do not run a shop and cannot offer pickup.

Charges

There is no delivery charge once an order reaches ₹999. Under that, a single ₹49 charge applies regardless of parcel size or destination. You see the figure in the cart before paying; we add no handling, fuel or packing surcharge.

Estimated delivery

From the day it leaves us, expect three to five business days in a metro and five to nine beyond. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are not guaranteed dates. Courier networks slow down for weather, strikes and holidays, and no retailer can promise otherwise.

Order tracking

Tracking details reach you by email and SMS at the moment of pickup. The Track Your Order page accepts the same reference. Should tracking stall for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will take it up with the courier.
